Ingredients:
2 small jars or tins of anchovies
5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons ground almonds
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
chopped mint / chopped parsley (optional)

Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
For the desired consistency you can add more almonds or olive oil depending if your serving with bread, biscuits or bread sticks etc.
