Serrano Ham & Broad Beans

Another very simple tapa with a good combination of flavours. Early Spring in Orce village results in a local favourite - broad beans, in the bars the locals shell these beans and eat them raw along with a beer and slices of ham or chorizo.

For this tapa the beans can be cooked/boiled in the usual way and the ham lightly fried, we prefer them raw though...dont forget the olive oil!
