Spanish Tostada

Probably the most famous of Spanish breakfasts! The humble tostada is made in every tapas bar in our village. A very simple twist on basic toast but in real healthy Andalucian style...

-Take a day old french stick of bread or "barra"
-Toast on both sides
-Peel a garlic clove and rub into the toast
-Take half of one tomato and rub into the toast
-Drizzle with plenty of olive oil
-Salt to taste.
