Squid is a very popular tapa in Orce village, it is also sold in all its many forms and cuts in the local fish shop. When we buy squid or indeed cuttlefish we tend to get full ones as to create a main meal and a tapas dish whenever possible. Here is a simple and quick seafood tapa.
*Remove the head of the squid from the body and wash
*Heat up some olive oil in a frying pan
*Crush or thinly slice a garlic clove and fry until brown
*Add the squid and fry for 3 minutes turning frequently
*Serve with fresh bread and red pepper.
