Melody Crema Catalana is a Spanish liquor reminiscent of the famous Catalan dessert. The liquor is quite difficult to find in the UK but a real favourite at Christmas time here in Spain. It has hints of vanilla and cinnamon and a consistency comparable to Baileys Irish cream (although the flavour is very very differnet)
Crema Catalana can be splashed into torrefacto coffee , served neat over ice or used as an ingredient in cocktails. A unique flavour sure to impress the guests! In fact we have not met anyone that says "No" to a second glass..
